HR Shared Services manager

Our very well-established construction client is actively seeking a HR shared services manager to step in and hit the ground running on a permanent basis. This role is a managerial role, looking after the core administrators and HR Adviser's within the HR division. The ideal candidate for this role would have previous people management experience, project management exposure, stake holder collaboration and full ownership over diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. Duties to include: Overseeing the Employee Lifecycle teams – (Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators) Leading on projects that support activity within the HRSS Complete weekly and monthly management reports Ensure that our people strategy is embedded within the teams Identify training and development opportunities Support the Senior Management Team 'in embedding Diversity & Inclusion and Culture action plans Candidates will have a strong background in a generalist HR role ideally 5+ years. Experience within construction / project management / property would be advantageous. This role is a full time, permanent role across 40 hours.
