An opportunity to join a friendly and highly skilled team on a locum basis and provide annual leave cover.
The appointed locum solicitor will be dealing with a wide range of both commercial and residential property matters, providing excellent client services and supporting the team.
- Handling a full caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, financing of development sites, commercial lettings, land promotion agreements.
- Managing residential conveyancing matters, from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold properties, development sites, new builds and renovations.
The appointed locum will be required to handle own caseload and hit the ground running. Full-time 2-week holiday cover in April. A hybrid role, offering 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
