As a Production Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing production targets, volumes, and yields. Your primary focus will be to conduct a comprehensive analysis of production flows and outputs against predetermined targets. The insights you provide will play a critical role in optimizing our production processes and achieving our organizational goals.

What Do You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques - Python and Power BI are strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
