We’re working with a well-established, independent small animal practice near the Peterborough area that’s looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon to their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that truly values clinical freedom, wellbeing, and gold-standard patient care.
This RCVS-accredited practice has served the local community for a long time and continues to grow. Whether you’re a new graduate or a vet with years of experience, you’ll be joining a collaborative, experienced team that prioritises support, development, and flexibility.
What’s on Offer
- Salary up to £70,000 DOE
- Full clinical freedom – manage your cases your way, with supportive colleagues always on hand
- 15-minute consults as standard (longer for more complex cases)
- 1-hour protected lunch break
