As a Curriculum Data Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the integrity of our curriculum data. You will ensure that the data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of a team to build, validate, and maintain the academic curriculum in the University’s curriculum management system (CourseLoop) and student records system (Banner).
  • Ensuring data integrity in the related systems.
  • Conducting regular audits and quality checks.
  • Collaborating with academic and administrative staff to gather and input curriculum information.
  • Generating reports and providing data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.
  • Performing routine tasks, data sets, and data entry.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in data management software and tools, particularly Excel.
