Your contribution:

  • Leading our internal consultant team
  • Translate customer needs into holistic leadership interventions and programs.
  • Design customized and blended leadership development programs on a wide range of topics.
  • Deliver Leadership Development Programs.
  • Leverage current building blocks to create new programs and organizational interventions.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for co-creating game-changing team leadership development journeys.
  • In-depth knowledge of organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience.
  • University degree (Bachelor) in the field of Social Sciences; Master's degree desirable.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance.
  • Strong business acumen with experience working inside organizations with senior leaders in the development of effective cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient skills in designing and facilitating effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to engage on topics of strategic impact.
