Our client is looking for someone who is on their way up from Junior AD/AD and seeking a new challenge in a small, growing, and ambitious agency in London. They have been doing extensive outreach over the last year, resulting in many warm leads that need converting. A BDM is responsible for cold outreach for new business, so this role focuses on warm leads.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Present to clients and close leads
- Ask the right questions regarding objectives, client challenges, and solutions
- Drive and make change within the leadership team
This is very much a client servicing and growth role, not operational.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor the Client Services team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to all clients.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance client relations and drive growth opportunities within specific sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and engaging event experiences tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
