Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join an architectural practice based in central Manchester. They are one of the few practices in the North West that offer a four-day working week, with every Friday off. The practice has been going on for eight years and currently employs eight people. They are experiencing a growing workload and looking for an Architectural Technologist & Architect to join them.
They specialise and are known for the work they do within the high-rise residential sector, which includes cladding & remediation projects. They also work on more bespoke residential projects and some retail work too.
The Role:
- Use Revit daily
- Working across stages 1-4
- The company provides full support in helping workers achieve the MCIAT chartership
- Working as part of the project teams on projects across the UK
- Focusing on technical delivery and client communication
- Developing practical solutions to meet project needs
- Working in a Revit & BIM Environment
Salary for this position ranges from £30K to £40K, subject to previous experience.
