We are recruiting for a Pension Fund with £3bn of AUM across commercial and residential assets. This role is dedicated to residential property assets within the Long Term Income Fund, which includes residential ground rent investments.

As Property Asset Manager, you will oversee the ground rent investment portfolio, ensuring consistent service delivery and effective management of external asset managers and professional building managers. You will have oversight of remediation teams on properties with cladding and fire safety concerns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on Health & Safety legislation, particularly Fire Safety, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act.
  • Assisting in the sale of ground rent asset class through disposals while maximizing value.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to implement an efficient sales process.
  • Overseeing and managing external third-party managers, designing and implementing disposal strategies, conducting regular reporting, site visits, and supporting remediation projects.
  • Ensuring properties are maintained and operated in line with best practices in estate management and professional accounting standards.
  • Acting as a proactive self-starter with strong experience in the residential property sector.
  • Ensuring all reporting aligns with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including leaseholders across the ground rent portfolio.
