Revenue Enablement Lead

Description

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy, execution, and optimization of our revenue enablement initiatives. You will work closely with the sales, marketing and product leadership teams to align and execute strategies that maximize our revenue potential.

You will oversee the development and implementation of training and enablement programs and use data to continuously improve the performance of our global revenue-generating teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training and Development: Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding and training programmes to accelerate the ramp-up of new sales team members. Lead the creation and delivery of training programs using coaching frameworks, certifications and role-playing exercises for sales teams to enhance their effectiveness. Promote a culture of continuous learning that adapts to evolving market conditions. Work closely with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
  • Revenue Technology & Tools Management: Oversee the adoption and optimization of revenue enablement tools (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms, training tools). Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance sales productivity.
  • Content Strategy & Development: Ensure that the sales team has up-to-date, relevant, and impactful sales messaging and content materials that effectively communicate value propositions, competitive differentiation, and customer benefits. Develop and maintain a library of high-impact sales playbooks, sales collateral, call scripts, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, case studies, and other resources that align with buyer personas, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, processes, and tools. Regularly report on performance and continuously adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyse, refine, and optimize the sales process from lead generation to closing. Provide consultative support on sales calls, discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and pitches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders across sales, marketing and product teams to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention. Lead efforts to bridge gaps and create synergies between departments.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Insights: Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Provide actionable insights to shape go-to-market strategies and refine messaging.
  • Change Management: Manage and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies across sales and revenue teams. Ensure smooth transitions when changes are made and encourage buy-in from all stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales operations or related roles
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enablement programs, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing alignment, sales methodologies, and best practices.

Skills:

  • Expertise in sales enablement technologies, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales performance management platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in change management and driving adoption of new tools and processes.

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
