Job Type: Part-time – 2 to 3 days per week including Saturday and Bank Holidays

PKB Trade has been manufacturing high-quality, bespoke kitchens and bedrooms from our 12,000 sq ft factory in Peterborough since 2012. With over 30 years of industry experience, our team brings together hundreds of years of expertise in design, manufacturing, and delivery. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Showroom Coordinator to join our expanding team.

About the Role

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating a welcoming environment? Do you thrive in a customer-facing role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Showroom Coordinator to ensure our showroom is organised, presentable, and provides an outstanding experience for visitors.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome and assist customers—providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Conduct product demonstrations, offering insights into our bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and products
  • Ensure the showroom is always presentable—keeping displays neat, well-stocked, and beautifully arranged
  • Maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere—keeping the front entrance pristine
  • Support the design team by preparing mood boards and samples for client presentations

Operational & Administrative Support:

  • Be the first point of contact for calls, directing inquiries to the right team member
  • Keep supplies replenished—monitor and restock essentials like hand towels and office materials
  • Maintain accurate records, including call logs and showroom footfall tracking
  • Manage showroom shopping lists and coordinate purchases
  • Assist with handwritten client communications (if you have stunning handwriting!)
  • Identify and coordinate maintenance issues to keep our spaces in top condition
