Site Manager – Re-Clad / Facades – Paddington

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a re-clad / facades project in Paddington. Working across residential and hospitality sectors, our client delivers high-quality projects for Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers, Private Landlords, and Developers.

As a Main Contractor with a turnover of £40m – £50m, they offer a strong pipeline of work and in-house expertise to deliver projects from start to finish.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget

• Oversee subcontractors and site staff

• Maintain high safety and quality standards

Package:?? £55,000 – £65,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance, Bonus, Travel Expenses, Private Medical?? 22 Days Holiday (rising to 29) + Bank Holidays
