Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine formulations, ensuring scalability for production.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Technical teams to meet project deadlines.
• Guide customers on optimal formulations and manage expectations.
• Manufacture and evaluate sample submissions for customer approval.
• Conduct compatibility, stability, and regulatory compliance testing.
• Liaise with suppliers and external testing houses for material innovation and compliance.
• Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain high hygiene and GMP standards within the lab environment.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in formulation development, within FMCG or personal care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
