Job Description MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the Fenestration sector. We are recruiting for a Trade Branch Manager in Sheffield on behalf of a successful multi-site business that supplies the trade with a wide range of pvcu and aluminium windows, doors, skylights and bi-folding doors. Branch Manager role: To lead a team of 5, ensuring that your trade customers receive an excellent service every time To develop relationships with existing and potential customers, answering queries and expertly resolve any issues that may arise Overseeing the day to day branch operations, managing the trade counter, quoting/order processing and warehouse operations Ensure that the branch sales develop in line with budgets and targets Inspiring and supporting your team, training and coaching as required Opening, closing, banking, reporting branch figures etc Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Previous sales / branch management experience gained within the window & door trade supply sector is essential Strong people and communication skills – the ability to build and develop great customer and colleague relationships The successful candidate will be organised, customer centric, and proactive in approach Commerciality and sales …
