My client is looking for a CRO strategist with a real eye for detail to join their team. The successful candidate will be positioned within their Performance Marketing team and work closely with the Head of Digital Experience. You will be knowledgeable and results-focused, as one of the go-to individuals within the team for advice and expertise on all areas of CRO. You will liaise with internal teams, outsourcers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, timely approvals, and efficient communication of test results. You will also be responsible for maintaining CRO platforms and Jira, keeping roadmaps up to date, and supporting sprint planning. This role also offers opportunities to further develop CRO skills, including exposure to A/B testing methodologies, UX best practices, and website optimisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Point of contact between clients, internal teams and external outsourcers
- Oversee the approval process for CRO designs and development builds.
- Relay test results and insights to clients ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
- Creation of decks for Proof of Concepts, commercial opportunities, and client reviews.
- Provide test details, results, and relevant documentation.
- Maintain Jira boards
- Ensure all roadmaps are kept up to date.
- Work with the Head of Digital Experience to ensure correct prioritisation of tasks
- Ensure all CRO-related processes run efficiently, identifying areas for improvement
- Provide QA support to strategists when needed, ensuring accuracy in designs and test builds and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience in a digital marketing, CRO, or project strategy role.
- Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Google Optimize) advantageous
- Skilled in CRO strategy, UX best practices, and website optimisations.
