I am seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join my Black Country based client. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns that will enhance their online presence and drive engagement. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing who can collaborate with people across the organisation.

You will have a highly varied brief within this role, including:

  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage across their customer base and promote their service offering.
  • Conducting SEO analysis to optimise website visibility, reach and engagement.
  • Managing content updates on multiple sites and platforms, ensuring all information is current and relevant.
  • Supporting the leadership team in coordinating communication initiatives, ensuring alignment across all channels and brands.
  • Developing graphics using tools like Adobe Express, Hootsuite and Canva.
  • Creating social media posts, adverts, and infographics, aligned with audiences and campaign goals.
  • Visiting client sites to actively create new digital campaigns.
  • Developing compelling email campaigns that drive engagement, and using analytics tools to refine and improve future content.
  • Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to brief and develop creative assets.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to improve digital communications across the organisation.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a proactive approach to campaign management.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools to track performance metrics.
  • Proficient in website management and content creation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
