What you\’ll bring to the team

Join Merlin Entertainments as our Supply Chain Manager , where you\’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global retail operations. From factory to attraction, you\’ll manage end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring our iconic attractions receive stock efficiently and cost-effectively.

You\’ll collaborate with key teams, oversee global stock movements, lead supply chain strategies, and work closely with our 3PL partners to optimise logistics. With a focus on inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and cost efficiency , you’ll help create unforgettable guest experiences while ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.

What you\’ll do:

1. Develop and execute global supply chain strategies for our retail business.
2. Oversee stock management, logistics, and compliance with international trade standards.
3. Manage vendor and 3PL relationships, ensuring optimal costs and delivery performance.
4. Lead and mentor the Supply Chain team, driving efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years in a senior supply chain/logistics role within retail.
• Strong 3PL management and inventory control experience.
• Proven track record in global sourcing, shipping, and compliance .
• Skilled in sales data analysis to optimise supply chain strategies.
• Project management expertise with a focus on efficiency & cost control .
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Highly organised , detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Commercial awareness and budget control experience .
• Leadership & team development capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and stock management systems proficiency.
• Understanding of international shipping regulations & compliance .
