Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service, maintenance, and repairs for a range of instore potato grading and handling equipment.
- Independently manage service tasks, ensuring each job is completed to the highest standards.
- Maintain detailed service records and keep accurate logs of work performed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.
- Troubleshoot and fault-find electrical/electronic issues in machinery, ensuring quick and effective repairs.
- Use your mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair mechanical issues as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in electrical and electronic fault finding.
