FP&A Manager

Consumer Additions are partnering with a fast growth, D2C food & beverage business to help them recruit an FP&A Manager into their team based in London.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Modelling: Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning models to support long-term business growth.
• Performance Insights: Analyze financial data to evaluate business performance, uncover trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Collaborative Business Partnering: Work closely with department leaders, particularly in Factory Operations, Commercial, and across the wider business.
• Impactful Reporting: Create clear, insightful financial reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
• Capital Investment Management: Act as the key lead on business cases, capital expenditure, and budgeting, ensuring efficient investment strategies.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to boost profitability.
• Market & Industry Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends with competitive benchmarking and strategic insights.
• Strategic Projects: Be the financial lead with our Next Gen Manufacturing Facility project.

The ideal candidate:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in FP&A or a related role within a fast-paced environment, ideally in subscription-based D2C, e-commerce or manufacturing.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to distil complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Confidence in stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
