If so, we want to hear from you!, * The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Residential Child Care and be familiar with the unique challenges and rewards that come with this role

  • Flexibility is key, as this position will require working flexible shifts to accommodate the needs of our clients.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with children

  • Patience, empathy and the ability to handle challenging behaviours

  • Willingness to undergo background checks including DBS checks and obtaining references from previous employers. Alongside undergoing additional training and obtaining necessary certifications, as required

To register you must have the following:

  • Minimum of 3 months UK experience in social care.

  • Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, or challenging behaviours is essential.

  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.

  • Passionate about working in the care industry and committed to making a positive impact.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
