We are looking for someone with a passion for luxury products, and a positive and customer-centric approach to join a leading high-end interiors business. As part of the sales team, you will build strong relationships with their client base which includes interior designers, architects, and other leading design professionals. Listening closely to clients' briefs and understanding their needs, you will use your product knowledge and creative and commercial eye to recommend products and make suggestions on designs to maximise sales. Responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both potential and existing clients
- Providing first-class service to clients, listening closely to customer needs and giving expert product and design advice
- Presenting new designs and product ranges to prospective clients
- Preparing quotes, providing a friendly, professional and efficient service
- Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows
- Taking an active role in client outreach, identifying new opportunities and following up on leads
- Working closely with the marketing and wider sales team, across new product launches
- Ensuring the showroom displays are at their best at all times
- Maintaining the sales database, ensuring it is up to date and accurate
Skills and qualities required:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar sales position, ideally within the luxury sector
- First class communication skills, both verbally and written, and a great relationship builder
- A passion for luxury interiors in any category
- Numerate and accurate, with good attention to detail
- A commercial mindset and a love of sales
- Proactive approach and a can-do attitude
- Proficient with MS Office, experience using Apple Mac and CRM system a benefit
- A positive, friendly approach and a great team player!
