Role Overview: As the Head of Capital Delivery, you will lead and manage the delivery of our capital projects portfolio, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including council members, contractors, and the community, to drive the successful execution of our capital investment programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects, ensuring alignment with the council’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Oversee procurement processes and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
