Key Tasks
Analysis
- To provide detailed analysis of sell through for key accounts.
- Forecasting and reporting of key account sales.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts and objectives for each of your designated accounts.
- Manage the flow of data and communicate key account information to the field sales team.
- Provide sales admin’ with full details of key account ranges, orders and forecasted deliveries.
Key Account Management
- Maintain regular face to face contact with each of the key accounts for the brand, ensuring your customers are kept up to date with all brand developments.
- Develop and build relationships with field based area managers, arranging regular meetings and training.
- Manage the assortment within key account stores ensuring efficient introduction of new lines and phasing out of old lines.
- Manage stock replenishment of key accounts ensuring core profile is maintained and sales are not lost.
- Ensure trading agreements for key accounts are in line with company policy.
- Constantly look to improve our position within store and work with marketing manager to establish, explore and implement all marketing initiatives.
- The maintenance of all paperwork relating to the opening and closure of all key accounts.
- Assist Marketing Manager with Shop in Shop program for key accounts.
Communication
- Ensure corporate objectives are achieved and a high level of communication is maintained internally and externally.
- Communicate all key account initiatives, ranges and sales data to internal and external departments.
- Establish good lines of communication with Customers, Head Office and Management always attempting to understand their relevant functions.
