Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and ratify proposals in response to customer inquiries.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including site surveys and supplier visits.
  • Develop and deliver technical proposal presentations.
  • Create and provide training materials for customers.
  • Maintain professional relationships with key technical customers.
  • Ensure compliance with BS EN and NSI procedures.
  • Collaborate with Estimates and Operations teams.
  • Develop designs, schematics, and documentation for approval.
  • Represent the company at design or development meetings.
  • Address and resolve technical issues on projects.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing with technical solutions to win tenders.
