As an Outdoor Events Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Visitor and Support Team. You will manage and facilitate small and medium-sized events, ensuring they run smoothly and enhance visitor experiences. This role involves coordinating applications, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting event delivery while ensuring compliance with organisation policies.

You will be the main contact for event enquiries, review applications, maintain accurate records, and coordinate the delivery of events. You will be required to be on-site 2 days a week during training, these days are negotiable dependent on business need, working 14 hours per week; after this time a hybrid model can be considered.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing administrative support for outdoor events, be confident to complete risk assessments, attend safety advisory group meetings, taking detailed notes and actioning points, and have a high level of customer service. This role will be for approximately 6 months.
