We are currently recruiting for an exciting Sales Negotiator role for a local family run, well established estate agency in Tring, who deals with properties throughout Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire. They have gained an excellent reputation for selling and letting quality homes throughout the local areas, and they pride themselves on being experts within the Estate Agency industry.

The successful candidate must have at least 1 year's experience as a Sales Negotiator, be confident, motivated and a quick learner. You must have a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits of the Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Basic £20,000 - £25,000 DOE
  • OTE £35,000 - £40,000
  • Car allowance £2,500
  • 5% commission on individual sales
  • 2.5% commission on all valuations booked
  • Financial services and conveyancing referral fees
  • Yearly bonus worth £750 - £2000
  • Mon to Thurs 8.45am - 6pm
  • Fri 8.45am - 5.30pm
  • Every other Sat 9am - 5pm with a day off in lieu (5 day week)
  • Free parking locally
  • 21 days holiday plus rota'd bank holidays (day off in lieu for each bank holiday worked)
  • Holiday increase for year service

Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Booking in valuations for any of the offices
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • 1 years experience as a Sales Negotiator
  • High level of customer service skills
  • The desire to work well in a team
  • Good telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
