Manufacturing Engineer, Edenbridge, £50,000 As a Manufacturing Engineer within this pioneering manufacturer, you will be joining a talented team committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation and development in technology. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing production quality, efficiency, and overall performance, whilst improving existing manufacturing workflows and managing resources and tooling. Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput. Organise and manage production workflows, integrating systems to meet performance and budget targets. Oversee tooling management and ensure accurate, up-to-date manufacturing documentation. Resolve production issues by collaborating with engineers, suppliers, and staff to maintain smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations through risk assessments and internal audits. Manufacturing Engineers Skills & Experience Required Strong manufacturing experience with a focus on AS9100. Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using MRP/ERP systems. Familiarity with electromechanical assembly. Skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement. Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD is advantageous. Interested?
