About us

United Media focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. Currently, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one: Insurtech Insights, Presidents Summit, Private Equity Insights, HRtechX, CFO Insights, Retail Insights, and SetSales.

The Opportunity

As an MBA Graduate, you will run, grow, and manage all aspects of United Media. Your responsibilities include building and leading a world-class team and ensuring the successful execution of conferences and brand strategy.

This role is ideal if you possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, are highly ambitious, forward-thinking, and driven to inspire and lead a team. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and aim to scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities

1. Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
2. Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
3. Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations.
4. Execute the strategy at a rapid pace.
5. Develop the company’s brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
6. Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budgets.
7. Assign tasks to team members in each department, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
8. Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or start-ups.
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results, possibly followed by an MBA.
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• UK, EU, or US work permit.
