Ramp Operative

Job Description: We are recruiting for Ramp Agents for our client who are a leading provider of ground and air cargo services, who are committed to delivering safe and high quality services for clients and customers across the globe. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a vital role in the airport operation.

Ramp Agents perform a range of duties, which may include:

– Aircraft loading and unloading of cargo

– Guiding equipment onto the aircraft

– Driving aircraft ground equipment: tugs, loaders, steps, forklifts

You must have a FULL UK Manual driving licence for this role. International and Provisional is not acceptable.

– Physically fit as lifting up to 32kg as required

– You have a full UK driver\’s license

– You have basic – intermediate computer skills

HOURS/SHIFTS

Based at Birmingham Airport –

You will be required to work 5 out of 7 on a rota basis . You must be able to work between the hours of 0600 and Midnight

PAY RATES

The hourly rate of pay will be £15.50 per hour

References for a minimum period of 5 years
