SF are thrilled to be partnering with a white collar business in South Birmingham who are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. If you're organised, people-focused, and eager to grow your career in HR, this could be the perfect opportunity. This role is a 6 month FTC with a salary of up to £30K (pro rata) and is an office based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support across all HR functions.
- Maintain and update employee records and the HR system.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including contracts, right to work checks, and leaver documentation.
- Ensure accurate and confidential handling of employee data.

- Previous admin experience in a HR team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Discreet, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
