Loading Shovel Driver

We are currently seeking an experienced Shovel Driver to join a leading recycling plant in Chorley. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, where you’ll have the chance to join a growing team and secure a long-term career in the recycling industry as a Shovel Driver. Key Responsibilities: * Operate a Shovel in a safe and efficient manner. * Load, unload, and transport materials within the recycling plant. * Ensure plant and machinery are maintained and report any defects or issues. * Follow all safety guidelines and work regulations. * Assist with other tasks around the plant when required. Requirements: * Proven experience operating Shovels (or similar machinery). * Valid and up-to-date operating license. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Reliable and punctual. About the job * Temp to Perm position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role. * Monday-Friday * 6am-2pm and 2pm -10 pm shift * 37.5 hours a week You must hold a valid loading shovel licence.
