As the Employer Senior Product Marketing Specialist for the UK in the Go-to-Market Commercial (GTM:C) team at Indeed, you ensure employers of all sizes in the UK understand that Indeed has everything they need to make their next great hire. From attracting job seekers to screening for qualified applicants to interviewing candidates, employers can do all their hiring in one place. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Specialist who can leverage market insights to deliver impactful positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our range of employer products in the UK market.

As a customer-obsessed and self-motivated individual contributor, you thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Your ability to analyze data, identify key insights, and influence without authority will be critical to your success. You will be responsible for partnering across Marketing, Product, GTM, Sales, and support teams to drive revenue growth and build the Indeed brand in the UK.

This person will have exceptional knowledge of our customers and competitors in the UK market, and will be expected to use the understanding of UK market-specific insights to shape Indeed\’s product roadmap and plan and execute high impact go to market campaign strategies. You will play a key role in driving Indeed in the UK.

This role reports to the Senior Manager – Head of International Product Marketing.

Who you are

  • Research: Represent the voice of Indeed’s customers (Employer) in the UK through qualitative and quantitative research. Gain insights and understand user segmentation, personas and customer journey. Showcase Indeed’s differentiation through competitive analysis. Use this insight to shape how we communicate and develop actionable product marketing strategies that deliver value to employers.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Clearly articulate the value of Indeed’s products in a way that resonates in the UK. Create compelling product positioning, messaging and narratives grounded in customer insights and needs, validated through research. Own product storytelling across external channels such as web, email, video, PR, etc. Gain alignment on new and updated messaging with internal collaborators (Product, Sales, Brand, GTM, UX, Strategy, and others). Develop and maintain clear messaging frameworks to guide other go-to-market (GTM) partners and execute multi-channel external communications (web content, email campaigns, PR strategies).
  • Go To Market: Drive product and feature adoption and engagement, and advocate for improvements and new offerings. Manage end-to-end GTM strategy, planning, and product launches, collaborating with cross-functional partners for support on key deliverables. Build product communications for all internal launches. Build campaign analytics to measure success and adapt approaches according to learnings. Provide feedback loop on the product roadmap using market and customer insights. Understand and support sales channels through training content and in-field assets like one-pagers, talk tracks, product demos, data claims, case studies, etc.
  • Collaboration: Build trusted relationships across Product, Marketing, Sales, GTM, and Customer Success teams to advocate for customer needs and position Indeed as a thought leader in hiring innovation. Be an ambassador of your market internally. Influence product roadmaps through customer & competitor insights and building business cases.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape. Data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing function.

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed\’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

London 45,000 – 62,000 GBP per year

Ireland 58,000-86,000 EUR per year
