Blue Arrow have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to work in a modern yet rustic establishment. Serving over 200 heads each day, with stunning views and space for different events!

Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications. This role is a temp to perm role for the right Sous Chef to make this role their own!

Pay Rate: £34,000 a year

Hours: 9.30am - 22.30pm (4x 12 hour days between Monday-Sunday)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
  • Follow food safety procedures
  • Assist with meal preparation and food presentation
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.

About you:

  • 1+ years of chef experience in a similar fresh food, high-volume setting.
  • Passion for creating great food and leading by example.
  • Energetic, positive, and ready to thrive in a busy environment.
  • Flexible with weekends.
