What we are looking for:

  1. Work with the Head of DC Sales and the wider distribution team to contribute to the smooth execution of the UK DC Sales strategy for growth and success, with key focus and ownership of the post retirement proposition.
  2. DC business development across DC trust-based schemes and independent trustees focused on DC.
  3. Work in collaboration with the consultant team to forge relationships with client-facing consultants to achieve greater recognition of Invesco in the DC space.
  4. Identify the servicing needs of existing and new DC client wins and ensure that they are met.
  5. Identify other Invesco products in which our clients might have an interest to create new business opportunities.
  6. Work with the Head of DC Sales on messaging and strategy for marketing, PR and content. Lead on Invesco-specific events. Attend industry events, conferences and internal investment seminars. Maintain familiarity with industry issues.
  7. Develop and maintain good relationships across UK distribution with all appropriate Invesco investment teams providing UK DC products.
  8. Acquire and maintain an understanding of the relevant Invesco investment products, keeping abreast of changes to teams, processes, vehicles, etc.
  9. Coordinate and work with Legal, Institutional Support, Transitions Team and other internal departments, to ensure effective client service. Develop and maintain good relationships with all appropriate Invesco teams.
  10. Ongoing knowledge development for the understanding of DC regulatory and investment environment and the impact this has on DC client’s investment strategies and governance.

  2. Good understanding of the DC market and up to speed with the latest industry trends.
  3. Excellent understanding of products, company processes, regulatory requirements and business risk.
  4. Excellent knowledge of client requirements in the DC marketplace.
  5. Knowledge of investment theory and practice.
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of the current economic environment.
  7. Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  8. Strong customer focus and excellent relationship management skills.
