We are a leading and award-winning independent garage group offering car repair, MOT and specialist motor trade services across 4 locations in Surrey and Sussex.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out diagnosis and repair of complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Carry out service, diagnostic and repair work, as directed.
- Inspect for wear and tear/general faults.
- Complete work to DVSA standards.
- Carry out MOT inspections on vehicles (Desirable).
- Provide excellent customer service and deliver best practices, synonymous with the luxury manufacturing brand.
Skills/Experience:
- IT Literacy.
- Previous experience as a Technician: Minimum 5 years.
- A valid full UK driving license.
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy.
- A relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 as a minimum - ideally Level 4 trained) is ideal but not essential.
- Skilled diagnostic and repair vehicle technician with a proven track record in fault finding.
- Experienced using serial diagnostic equipment, multimeters and ideally but not essentially use of oscilloscopes for testing.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
- Experience across a range of vehicle brands.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
