Cyber Security Engineer- Full Package up to €100,000- (Fluent German Needed)
Location – Bavaria

This leading financial company has over 800 employees which includes an IT department of 120 professionals.

The Role

• Create and implement IT security policies and processes to meet regulatory standards (DORA, BAIT, MaRisk).
• Set up and improve an incident response process to quickly detect and resolve IT security issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and categorize security events while coordinating response actions.
• Run incident response exercises and simulations to enhance readiness.
• Work closely with IT operations and governance teams to ensure smooth incident management.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of response processes.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in IT security, incident response, or cyber threat management.
• Strong knowledge of key regulations like DORA, BAIT, MaRisk, and ISO 27001.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and incident handling tools.
• Familiarity with digital forensics, malware analysis, and threat intelligence.
