The initial focus of the role will be to establish a robust and effective oversight model for external parties used within our Private Markets and Real Estate business, such as Operating Partners, Third Party Administrators and Property Managing Agents. This oversight will encompass management accounting, financial reporting, financial controls, audits and cashflow monitoring. The role will evolve to also manage the Private Markets and Real Estate Fund & Investment Accounting teams, to ensure the provision of accurate and timely fund accounting and financial reporting to the wider Private Markets and Real Estate business and stakeholders across Railpen.
