JRC Capital Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Accountant/Bookkeeper to join its team. This role requires fluency in both Mandarin and English (Mandarin is essential) and strong organizational skills to manage financial records with accuracy and efficiency. Relevant work experience is preferred, and candidates must demonstrate punctuality and attention to detail. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates upon successful completion of the probation period.
We are looking for an Accountant or Bookkeeper to join our growing team in South West London. This is an office-based role at our HQ in Wimbledon. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Entering sales and purchase invoices into Sage Cloud
- Filing and verifying all sales and purchase invoices
- Reconciling bank accounts and credit card accounts regularly
- Setting up payments and ensuring timely payments to suppliers
- Creating and issuing sales invoices, processing customer payments, and following up on outstanding balances
- Setting up new employee records and processing payroll (weekly or monthly)
- Preparing VAT returns
- Reporting and raising queries with company directors and other staff members
Requirements:
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and diligent
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (Mandarin is required)
- Relevant work experience preferred
- Familiarity with Sage, QuickBooks, and Dext is an advantage
