Tasks
- Unterstützen der Baustellen bei Ihren Controllingaufgaben
- Erstellung, Kontrolle und Pflege von Arbeitskalkulationen im Hoch- und Ingenieurbau sowie im Straßenbau
- Monatliche Überwachung von Kosten Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Leistungsverläufen samt Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen
- Regelmäßige Abstimmungen mit der Projektleitung in allen wesentlichen technischen und kostenthematischen Aspekten
- Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation von Nachträgen und Zuarbeit bei Projektanalysen
- Optimierung von bestehenden Prozessen
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Studium Bauingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
- Technische Kompetenz/ Kennnisse über Bauverfahren des Hoch- und Ingenieurbaus sowie des Straßenbaues
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektcontrolling, vorzugsweise auf Auslandsbaustellen
- Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und kaufmännisches Interesse
- Sicherer Umgang mit iTWO und Excel. Kenntnisse in AS4U vorteilhaft
- Analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Engagement, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Zuverlässigkeit und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
