In the role of Central Digital Operations Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be tasked with owning the end-to-end processes of the Digital Operating Model within one of the most complex and rapidly changing parts of the organisation. Leading a team of Central Digital Operations Leads, you will focus on ensuring that all Digital Food Operation propositions operate with the right processes, labour standards, training, and equipment to deliver exceptional service to our customers. By working closely with various stakeholders and managing budgets, you will drive efficiency and improvement initiatives, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience through operational process enhancements and equipment upgrades, all while maintaining alignment with wider retail strategies and legislation changes. Your role will require you to be a key stakeholder for Transformation & Operations Development teams, representing the needs of the operation and leveraging your expertise to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment.
