Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities
- Proactively generating new leads through outbound sales calls, networking, and prospecting.
- Handling the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
- Working closely with marketing and internal teams to optimise sales opportunities.
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored training solutions.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
