Our client, one of the UK's leading suppliers of premium seafood products, has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to join their expanding workforce.
Brief Description: To lead a group of employees, overseeing the daily operations of one section within the company, performing a wide range of duties that correspond to the kind of team they manage. This role has responsibility for food safety and product quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Planning and problem solving whilst providing accurate guidance to team members
- Set targets, implement guidelines and assist with any issues employees may have
- Implement team goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and direction where applicable
- Use of UKG time management system to authorise weekly timesheets
- Inspire and motivate team members
- Provide effective feedback
Qualifications & Experience:
- Self motivated
- Trustworthy and efficient
- Previous managerial experience
- Efficient time and project management skills
- Ability to make decisions resulting in positive outcomes
- Successfully meet targets and handle high pressure environments
- Able to lead and manage teams
- Conversant in Microsoft Office
Hours Of Work: Monday to Friday 14:30 - 22:30
