Jobsworth Recruitment are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work from our office based in Halesowen covering the Black Country area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Option to be responsible for the resourcing, filling and account management OR focusing on the sales and account management of multiple clients across the Black Country area
- Maintaining relationships with clients and workers
- Creating adverts and utilising job boards in order to attract suitable candidates
- Conducting both telephone and face-to-face registrations with candidates
- Management of temporary Industrial OR Logistics plans
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Knowledge of the Black Country bus and travel routes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota
