Executive Search Associate – Energy & Industrials Location LondonDuration PermanentReference WR0740950Overview My client, a global search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their London Energy & Industrials practice as an Associate. Working within a candidate centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of Global Operations and Board Level positions. On a day to day basis you will build relationships with prospective candidates and clients, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources. You will have the opportunity to work broadly across the Industrial client base but will have a particular focus supporting a dynamic Partner / Consultant in the Energy space. With a worldwide remit – you will play an integral part in the delivery of C-level opportunities.Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective candidates and clients.Develop understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate.Network with industry sources to identify top talent.Collaborate with a Partner/Consultant to support executive searches in the Energy space.Contribute to delivery of C-level opportunities on a global basis.Operate within a candidate-centric, retained search environment.Qualifications At least two years of experience in a retained executive search environment.Excellent academics.Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels.Self-motivated, confident, and able to take ownership of responsibilities.What We Offer Work with industry leaders in an organisation with established, high-billing partners.
