Lead the re-engineering of finance & accounting processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency across the organisation.

Drive the centralisation of non-consolidation finance processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with the group's ambitious goals.

Standardise procedures across entities, optimise workflows and reduce redundancy following acquisitions from the M&A strategy.

Manage the financial integration of newly acquired entities into the group, ensuring seamless alignment with existing processes delivering complete group view across Fin Ops, Analytics, Systems and FP&A.

Lead the automation of manual financial processes, integrating them into the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solution.

Develop and mentor non-accounting finance team members on new accounting processes, systems, and tools introduced during transformation.

Role is being hired on a 6 month fixed term contract basis, hybrid work pattern with 2 days on site & rest remote.
