Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. Flexible start (between 8am and 10am) and finish (between 4pm and 6pm) times.

The Role: You will create and lead the CRO strategy including A/B onsite content testing, hypothesis generation, implementation, and results analysis optimising customer conversion funnels. You will also manage the technical aspects of our websites and lead on onsite experience, planning and deploying all onsite content in line with brand values and with a focus on increasing conversion and sales across user segments.
Responsibilities:
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: Use a concise CRO methodology: Defining Insights, Ideas, Prioritisation, Creative, Experiments, Conclusions; to create a CRO strategy. Analyze user behavior and website performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.). Define and document insights user journeys by user segment. Develop and implement A/B testing strategy and performance measurement framework to optimize landing pages, product display pages, and checkout processes across customer segments. Create and monitor KPIs related to conversion rates and user engagement.
- Website Management: Manage overall website performance, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency and implement new features. Oversee the product catalog, including product descriptions, images, and pricing updates. Create and maintain documentation on all processes.
- Content Strategy: Coordinate with the marketing team to align website content with ongoing campaigns and promotions. Create and manage the calendar of implementations, aligning with the actions of the wider digital team. Implement SEO recommendations across content and technical updates to ensure that all website content is optimised. Support on creating and deployment of website content for wider MOTH departments.
- Technical Support: Lead our relationship with our external web development and data support teams to troubleshoot and resolve website issues. Lead on the integration of data and processes with our 3PL partner.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform website improvements and product offerings. Identify trends and opportunities within our segment to improve our future offerings.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of eCommerce experience, primarily in conversion rate optimization.
- Proven proficiency with Shopify CMS.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4 and Hotjar.
- Experience using Looker Studio for data visualization.
- Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Figma and Photoshop for adapting creative assets and visualising site adaptations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
