CCP are delighted to exclusively partner with a fast growing, dynamic company who are now a major player within their niche market. We are currently supporting them to recruit 3x Customer Service Advisors for their growing customer service operation based at their Head Office in Sawbridgeworth.

The roles will be working in a hybrid capacity (4 days in the office + WFH on a Friday) and offer a huge opportunity for career growth and personal development. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to clients by building strong relationships, ensuring seamless communication (70% email and 30% telephone).

Salary: £25,000

Bonus: 10% (5% company performance + 5% individual performance)

Location: Sawbridgeworth

Logistics: 4 Days Office-Based, 1 Day WFH (after your 6-week training period)

Hours: 35 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

Start Date: Tuesday 6th May
