We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join their existing team on a permanent basis.

The main scope of work will be to supervise the fabrication area of all skilled and semi-skilled employees to ensure assigned work conforms to quality, time, and productivity. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried out smoothly to maximise efficiency and profits.

Job planning is a key factor in this role, you will liaise closely with the Production Manager and identify any issues before they become a problem.

The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled in fabricating, welding, press-brake experience, and previous proven experience within an engineering environment.
