Wigston (LE18) PERMANENT JOB :- No Part Time / Student Options STOP : you must have CNC setting & operating experience to be considered – without this, you may be automatically rejected We are looking for skilled CNC setter/operators, who know their machines like the back of their hand, and might be looking to learn a new machine like the back of their other hand This permanent role is an amazing opportunity to join a global company specialising in the aerospace sector, working with clean and up to date equipment. To be considered for this role you just need previous experience setting & operating OR very strong experience operating CNC machines in a precision environment, any programming experience is a huge bonus. The other thing you need is an interest in expanding your own skills To get the elephant in the room out of the way, it is working on a rotating shift pattern Days (Mon to Thurs 05:45 – 13:45, Friday 05:45-10:45) Late (Mon to Thurs 13:45 – 21:45, Fridays 01:45 – 15:45) Nights (Mon to Thurs 21:45 – 05:45, Fridays 15:45-20:45) Rotating shifts aren’t for everyone, but those 5hr Friday’s aren’t bad at all. What do you get out of this? £17.80 p/hour (inc shift allowance, paid every shift) rising to £19.19 once fully up to speed. Enhanced rate for overtime Quarterly discretionary bonus.
