They are looking to recruit a commercially minded technology lawyer. You will be the technology legal subject matter expert covering a mix of commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing, digital, data privacy and procurement work. You will benefit from considerable business exposure and will be supporting key stakeholders both in London and internationally.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ pqe and broad experience across technology and commercial contracts. Prior exposure to outsourcing and/or data privacy matters will make your application stand out. This position will suit an enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to break down complex issues and the gravitas to interact effectively with senior members of the business.
